Let’s see the detailed steps to book an Uber Ride via WhatsApp.
How To Book an Uber Ride via WhatsApp?
To Book an Uber Ride via WhatsApp, you need to chat with Uber’s WhatsApp Chatbot. Send ‘Hi’ on WhatsApp to Uber’s WhatsApp Chatbot Number +91 7292000002 to start the conversation. You don’t need to save the number. You can easily send a WhatsApp Message To Any New Number Without Adding Them To A Contact List.
After that, Chatbot will ask you to share a pick-up location and drop location. Based on that, you will get the estimated time and fare for various Uber Cab options. You can choose the best option of your choice to confirm your ride. Uber WhatsApp Chatbot will share the driver’s details and car details over WhatsApp. You can even track the driver’s location. Moreover, if needed, there’s a facility to call the driver without revealing your phone number to them.
There’s an option to avail emergency help during the ride. You need to type ‘Help’ to get assistance during the ride. If you select the emergency option, you’ll immediately receive a call from Uber’s Customer Support team. Additionally, as an Uber rider, you’ll also have access to safety line numbers to call Uber’s team, up to 30 minutes after the trip ends.
This facility is currently available for Lucknow location only on a pilot base. Based on that Uber will expand the facility in New Delhi and other major parts of the country. Uber’s WhatsApp integration will work only in the English language currently.
