The Xbox documentary has now won an Emmy

Last year on its 20th anniversary Xbox announced the Six-part docuseries ‘Power On: The Story of Xbox’.

Power On: The Story of Xbox covered the scenes at the creation of the very first Xbox console, with retrospectives from the original Xbox founders as well as other industry figures.

Six part docuseries also covered the Xbox 360 era, the Xbox One, launching Xbox Game Pass, and all the current happenings.

Power On: The Story of Xbox was released in the last December.

Xbox lovers will love to know that the series has won multiple awards, including the Emmy Awards.

The series has now gone on to win a  Daytime Emmy Award for Outstanding Single Camera Editing, a People’s Voice Webby Award for Documentary (Video Series & Channels), and sixteen Telly Awards.

“We are so thankful for the many of you who voted to support “Power On” in the People’s Voice Webby Awards, and for the judges that have honored the series with these other prestigious awards and nominations,” said Xbox Wire editor in chief Will Tuttle
